Called to the bar in 2025
Sean has a broad civil practice including experience in construction, insolvency, property, industrial law, and general corporate and commercial disputes. He has appeared in the Queensland and New South Wales State Courts, including the Queensland Court of Appeal, as well as in the Federal Courts.
Sean is also an editor of and contributing author to ‘Queensland Civil Practice’, published by Thomson Reuters.
Prior to being called to the bar, Sean practised in commercial and civil litigation in small to mid-size firms in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. From 2019 to 2021, he was Associate to his Honour Judge Egan of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
